Marcus Promotions, Inc. is a young, creative, entrepreneurial publishing company that produces Footlights (for Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, South Central Wisconsin and Rockford), a complimentary in-theatre magazine.
Footlights performing arts program is a 4-color, digest-size, professionally produced publication that is distributed to audiences who attend performing arts events such as musicals, plays, and concerts.
Additional titles published include Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts Entertainment Guide. Marcus Promotions also sells display advertising for Madison's Overture Presents and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra League's SYMPHONY STYLE magazine.
Marcus Promotions, Inc. is a registered ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute) distributor, offering advertising specialty products (personalized clothing, drinkware, writing instruments, golf products, etc.), as well as a full-service graphic design firm (logo design, printing, etc.).
Founded by Steven Marcus (not related to Marcus movie theater family) in 1988, Marcus Promotions, Inc. is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Since then, Footlights has grown to become the choice performance magazine for over 140 performing arts groups in Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, Whitewater, Janesville & Rockford.
