In 1871 cowboys lived by the Golden Rule of fair play, hospitality, loyalty and honor. A greenhorn-cowpuncher with a zeal for life looks for adventure on the trail with a seasoned cattle driver and two Civil-War veterans. At the end of their harrowing drive they celebrate at the railhead’s make-shift saloon. Tension soon mounts when selling the herd becomes a difficult task testing their steely resolution. Filled with humor, grit and a never-say-die spirit, Saloon affirms that the human spirit is capable of extraordinary things. Contains mature language.
